A doctor–patient relationship is established only after proper registration, consultation and clinical assessment by an authorised practitioner.

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation, doctor availability and hospital schedules. TarunVeda may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to clinical requirements, emergencies, staff availability or circumstances beyond its control.

Patients must provide complete and accurate medical and contact information.

Every treatment or therapy is subject to medical assessment and professional suitability. TarunVeda may refuse, postpone, modify or discontinue a procedure where it may be unsafe, medically inappropriate or contrary to professional advice.

Treatment duration and results may vary between patients. No particular result, cure or recovery period is guaranteed.

Ayurvedic medicines, supplements and products should be taken only as prescribed or advised. Patients must disclose allergies, pregnancy, existing illnesses and all medicines or supplements being used.

Medicines or products should not be discontinued, substituted or combined without professional advice.

Consultation, therapy, medicine, investigation, accommodation and other charges shall be payable according to the applicable tariff. Estimates are indicative and may change if the treatment plan or clinical requirement changes.

Cashless service is available only for eligible treatments and is subject to approval, terms, exclusions and authorisation by the concerned insurer or TPA. TarunVeda does not guarantee approval of any claim.

The patient remains responsible for non-payable items, deductions, co-payments and amounts rejected or not authorised by the insurer or TPA.

All website text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos and other material are owned by or lawfully used by TarunVeda. They may not be copied, modified, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.

Users must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software or use the website for unlawful or misleading purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, TarunVeda will not be liable for loss caused by reliance on general website information, failure to disclose relevant medical history, non-compliance with medical advice, third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and statutory rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
